Any personal information sent to or collected by TickleTrain will be kept strictly confidential. We will never sell or rent any personal information collected from you to any third party. We will take special care to protect your privacy and security of information.
We collect information to track the total number of visitors to our site, page views and other such technical information. Statistics such as this are not personally identifiable information.
TickleTrain employees do not access any emails sent to TickleTrain unless you specifically ask us to do so, or if required by law, or because of a technical problem or service maintenance. Emails sent to TickleTrain to use the service are deleted from the system every 5 days (or sooner) after the service has been rendered for that email.
We use cookies to help provide additional functionality to the site or to help us analyze site usage more accurately. Cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.
You can terminate your account at any time. We typically deactivate accounts within two business days of such requests. You should be aware, however, that residual copies of information may remain stored on our systems even after the deletion of information or the termination of your account.
Personal information collected may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country. We reserve the right to transfer your personal information in the event of a transfer of ownership through acquisition by or merger with another company. In such an event, you will be notified with an opt-out option before information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
