Reply Tracking is here!

We are thrilled to announce our most requested feature is now available!


Reply Tracking can automatically delete your campaign when a contact replies to an email!  If you’d rather just be notified, it can do that as well.  To turn it on, edit one of your Tickles and look for the Reply Tracking settings:

You’ll need to enter your IMAP settings- which is usually the same as your SMTP settings.  If you need help, just check with your email provider for the proper settings.  We also have detailed help in our FAQ’s, so take a look there if you need some guidance.  Please let us know if we can assist.

Use this “tweak” to followup on an email in the future

How many times do you get an email stating: “OK- I’ll get back to you in a few weeks” – or some other time in the future? TickleTrain can easily keep track of this for you! Watch this video as it demonstrates one of the more common “tweaks” you can use on your Tickles. Use this format to push your Tickle out however many days you’d like.
